This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for products purchased from revoltshaves.com. It works alongside our Shipping & Returns page.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. We want shaving with Revolt to be a better experience — if it isn’t, we’ll make it right.

2. Eligibility

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full product-price refund.
  • Opened products may qualify for a partial refund, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.
  • Items marked final sale, and gift cards, are not eligible for refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@revoltshaves.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please do not send products back before receiving instructions.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@revoltshaves.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges

If you’d like a different product or size, the fastest way is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. For assistance, contact us and we’ll help.
