These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of revoltshaves.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Revolt, Inc. ("Revolt," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account & Order Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We strive to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event of an error in price or description, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for the affected product, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the product.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes and shipping, to your payment method.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

7. Product Claims & Intended Use

Revolt products are grooming products. Statements regarding extended blade life, cost savings, water savings, and skin comfort reflect typical results and may vary depending on the individual, water quality, blade type, and usage. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if needed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Revolt name, logo, slogans, the patented shaving process (US Patent 7,559,330), and all Site content — text, graphics, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to Revolt, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revolt, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolt, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.
